SHIPPING
You will have two possible delivery options. First, you can pick up your order in our stores in Barranquilla or Cartagena from 3 to 8 business days from the date of confirmation of your order. A notification will be sent to your email once it is available for delivery. Remember that the person who comes to pick up the order must present their identification document, whether it is the buyer or if another person attends in their place.
Second, you can also request delivery of your items to your home address. The estimated delivery time will vary between 4 to 15 business days, depending on the delivery address. This option will generate a shipping cost that varies depending on the city where the merchandise will be delivered. Please note that deliveries are made only on business days.
If for any reason we are unable to meet the delivery date, we will inform you of this circumstance and give you the option to proceed with the purchase by establishing a new delivery date or cancel the order with a full refund of your money in between payment in which I cancel.
You must ensure that the shipping information provided is correct. If it is impossible for us to deliver your order to your home, your order will be returned to our dispatch warehouse. Likewise, we will leave you a note explaining where your order is and how to get it sent again.
ONLINE RETURNS AND REFUNDS
The return is accepted as long as the garment has not been used, washed, altered or damaged and keeps all its external and internal labels. Provided that it is not personalized products at the request of the client within a maximum period of seven (7) calendar days from the date the product is received. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to your address.
You can only make changes by size as long as it is available in our dispatch warehouse.
Exchanges or returns of accessories, handbags, hats, bodysuits or promotional items are not accepted.
To return your products, you must request it by email to stores.services@beatrizcamacho.com attaching your personal data and the purchase invoice. We will generate your return request where we will indicate the steps to proceed.
You can return the products to us at any of our BEATRIZ CAMACHO stores in Colombia. In this case, you must go to any of these stores and deliver your purchase invoice and proof of return along with the item. You can present your purchase invoice and proof by displaying it in digital form through the screen of your mobile device or by taking it printed to the store.
You can also make your return through a courier that we will send to collect the item at your home. You must deliver the merchandise in the same package that you received it, including all its original packaging, instructions and other accompanying documents.
Neither option will incur an additional cost for you. In case you do not want to return the products through any of the free options available, you will be responsible for the return costs. Please bear in mind that if you decide to return the items to us, postage due, we will be authorized to charge you the expenses we may incur.
RETURNS OF A PRODUCT WITH DEFECT
In cases where you consider that the product in your possession presents a quality problem within a period of three (3) months, you should contact us immediately through our email stores.services@beatrizcamacho.com providing the product data, as well as the damage suffered and photographs. We will respond to you within a maximum period of five (5) business days where we will indicate how to proceed.
The product can be returned at any of our BEATRIZ CAMACHO stores in Colombia or by delivering it to a courier that we will send to your home when requesting collection. We will proceed to carefully examine the returned product and will notify you by e-mail within a reasonable time if the refund, repair or replacement of the product is appropriate. The refund, repair or replacement of the item will be made as soon as possible and, in any case, within 14 days from the date on which we send you an email confirming the solution of your order.
PRE-ORDERS
BEATRIZ CAMACHO may offer products that are not yet available for sale ("pre-orders"). You can order these items in the same way as you would other available products. The prices of these items include TAX for Colombia but do not include shipping costs or other taxes that may be incurred in other countries. Payments for pre-order product purchases must be made only by credit card. A credit card authorization will be processed when you order. However, your credit card will not be charged until the product is shipped to you.
Please note that pre-orders can take an estimated average of 10-12 weeks from the date the order is placed to the date the product is available for delivery. All delivery dates are approximate and may be subject to change. You will receive a confirmation email when the product is shipped. You will be charged the estimated amount for the product on the date your order was placed.
COMMENTS, SUGGESTIONS, COMPLAINTS & CLAIMS
In case you want to submit any petitions, complaints or claims, we thank you for sending an email to the address stores.services@beatrizcamacho.com. Establishing (i) your full name, (ii) identification number (iii) facts that substantiate the request, complaint or claims, (iv) other aspects that are relevant to give an effective response to the exercise of their rights and (v) other elements requested by the person on the contact portal who received your concerns.
Your complaints and claims to our customer service will be dealt with in the shortest possible time and, in any case, within the legally established period. Likewise, they will be registered with an identifying code that we will make known to you and will allow you to track them.
